• Complaint Auction experience: 0/10 You think you’re gonna get a good deal? You’re not. They’ll tack on large auction fees, credit card fees, and shipping on an already multi-hundred dollar purchase. They’ll also extend the auction multiple times without anyone else bidding on your particular item, so just maybe they can get some more money out of someone else. Purchasing experience 0/10 At least you’ll get your card though, right? No idea, after having won an auction, paying $130 over the “bid amount” for fees, more fees, shipping, and taxes, over a week later, my order still shows as preparing to be shipped. Perhaps it’s being authenticated, or shipped from somewhere to them to then be shipped to me, but who knows. Fanatics doesn’t communicate any of that. No communication. 0/10 communication. • Complaint With seemingly dozens and dozens of apps and sites that offer virtual pack/card rips it’s naive to think you’re going to get a grail each time. On the other hand, there is way too much competition today in this niche market to continuously rip packs where the card value is less than half of the pack cost. One after another, after another. CrownCards were the leader in worst card value, but they now have company, as Fanatics Collect is almost as terrible with its algorithm. • Praise App is fairly easy to navigate thru and items won from such apps as Topps NFL Collect which you can win physical hobby boxes, can be easily kept safely in your vault here, sold or in my case shipped to you at a very fair price. • Praise I love fanatics collect and have even become a fanatics collect partner, sending them millions of dollars worth of cards to their auctions. But these past few weeks they have taken extra long to process shipments and queue up auctions, greatly affecting my own business. Additionally, payouts are slow and don’t always get paid. • Other This sight is very cool allowing you to buy and vault cards. However I’ve been trying to ship a high value card to them and they provide insurance ( or they say they do) I’ve been going back and forth with customer service for 2 weeks now, trying to ship a card out securely and someone always seems to be working on it however nothing is happening. • Complaint I ordered 2 blaster boxes directly from fanatics collect. It has been a week (business) and two weeks (standard) and it hasn’t shipped. Not only has customer service constantly given me the run around, I have asked for a refund and was told that they cant directly give me a refund. So no shipment and no refund.
