• Praise I’m new to cards. I’ve installed a few card scanning apps. I’ve not looked at this one in a few weeks and someone recommended I try it again and I loaded it up and says I’m banned and it’s not challengeable and they won’t tell me why and doesn’t tell me why. Great customer experience. Pretty sure all I ever did was scan a card once. Great product. I’ll go spend my money elsewhere and I suggest you do too.zavoid · 2026-10-23 · source
• Complaint It’s been about a week since I made a report to CollX customer service that a shipment I paid for hasn’t shipped (the original purchase was a month ago). I haven’t heard one thing from CollX. Customer service is nonexistent. I sold some cards on CollX and used their auto generated shipping label and twice now I have gotten my cards back as return to sender due to incorrect postage. Now I have to pay out of my own pocket to ship these cards. Bottom line — there are better platforms to sell on as well as scanning your cards to determine value.TosaAce · 2026-10-23 · source
• Complaint Great app to scan and see values but, the whole adding to a collection when I’m trying to buy is very frustrating. I kept adding cards but then they were all separate orders, but I couldn’t order any of them since sellers have $1 minimums. Overall there’s honestly not that great of cards it’s mostly all low end garbage. eBay is 1000% better and I’ll keep paying more there for better service and overall more buyer friendly. 0/10Lilechto · 2026-10-23 · source

• Praise I have been a paying Pro member on this platform for multiple years, and while most of my purchases have gone smoothly, my experiences with customer service have been consistently frustrating whenever an issue arises. When making purchases on a platform of this size, encountering fraudulent sellers or counterfeit cards is an unfortunate reality. What matters is how the platform handles these situations and protects its customers. Unfortunately, resolving these issues has been an unnecessarily exhausting process. Despite supposedly having access to “priority” customer service as a Pro member, I have routinely faced delays spanning multiple days, with responses often limited to a single message per day at best. Resolving even straightforward issues becomes a drawn-out ordeal. My experience dealing with one particular customer service representative, Tim, has been especially frustrating. Most recently, after a dispute involving counterfeit cards I received, the platform blocked my payment methods entirely. Despite being a paying member for multiple years and maintaining a strong positive rating, I was left unable to use the platform without what appeared to be any meaningful outreach, explanation, or attempt to investigate the underlying issue. It is incredibly disappointing to be treated this way after years of paid membership and positive transaction history. Rather than feeling that my loyalty is valued or that I have access to better support as a Pro member, I feel penalized for raising a legitimate concern about the authenticity of items I purchased. A premium membership should come with meaningful customer support, particularly when disputes involving potentially counterfeit products arise. Instead, my experience has been characterized by slow communication, frustrating interactions, and a lack of transparency. • Praise Super cool site but unreliable for inventory tracking. I uploaded my cards all through card dealer pro as I’m supposed to but when a card sells it does not reliably remove it from my inventory which has caused my ebay account to take major hits in terms of being unable to complete orders and having to cancel. I have too many cards to go through everything and re-inventory them but im starting to feel like I have to but worried that it is going to still keep happening. • Complaint I liked it at the beginning but I started to scan more and more cards and it would just say card unrecognized like 50 and would make me put it in by myself when I’m literally using the app to find out how much it is and won’t let u, also you can buy cards but that doesn’t mean there going to ship right away so if you bought a card maybe the persons who card it is they might not ship it and you won’t get itCollX sucks · 2026-10-12 · source
• Complaint I wanted to like the app but after uploading a few cards, I had tons of people start following me. Thats fine and all, but the real problem is that one would think “hey, since I’m gaining all these followers, maybe my cards have been getting views or offers”. Not the case at all. Instead, a majority of the followers just want to promote their own page so I would get messages about how their cards are on sell or about how they have any card I may be longing for. It just comes off as slimy and spammy. There comes a point where one would ask “ what did I do to gain 50 followers in a few days? Do people just follow to say hi?” I ended up deleting my account and the app because I felt it was a scam. And some of the accounts that followed me seemed fake.
